Tell us more about Cruitify: What is the core idea behind your company, and who are the people behind it?
Cruitify is a software company dedicated to creating tailor-made, cloud-based solutions for the recruitment/staffing sector.
Our core idea is to simplify and unify the recruitment process with tools that improve workflows for employers, recruiters, clients, and candidates. Key features include fast creation of customized candidate presentations and seamless integration with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The main people behind the company are Daniel Ferin (Founder) and Pavel Schoffer (CTO)
The program aims to open new doors to the Finnish and Estonian markets. How familiar are you with these markets?
We are somewhat familiar with these markets, as we have previously worked in these regions. However, we need more support from individuals operating within these markets.
We are now halfway into the 10-month program - what do you hope to achieve during your time in the program?
We hope to establish new connections with other entrepreneurs, gain assistance with certain questions through mentors, and build contacts within our industry that could lead to new clients or useful feedback.
You have now had some chance to get to know the other companies in the program, what are your thoughts on them?
It is always interesting to meet other entrepreneurs from different fields. You learn from each other and can benefit from one another's experiences. Personally, we have come across several interesting companies that could potentially succeed very well.
What are you most looking forward to during your time in the program?
We are looking forward to gaining valuable connections, including other entrepreneurs and new business contacts. Assistance from mentors who can help with areas where we lack expertise, ranging from assistance with agreements to support in developing and evaluating products and markets.
